Terms of Use
Effective: August 2, 2026
1. Service availability
WeekFit is provided as-is. We work to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — the app depends on services from Apple, Google, and Supabase, which may have their own outages.
2. Your content
The plans, workouts, custom exercises, and templates you create are yours. You grant WeekFit a limited license to store, transmit, and back up that content so it can be used inside the app, including across your devices that share the same account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. Don't upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content as custom exercise names, descriptions, or notes.
4. Not medical advice
WeekFit is a tool to help you plan and log your training. It is not medical, fitness, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for your own training decisions, technique, and safety. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program or if you have any medical condition.
4A. AI-generated plans
AI plan generation is optional. When you request a plan, WeekFit sends the training preferences and notes described in our Privacy Policy through Supabase to OpenAI, or to DeepSeek for the China App Store, solely to generate your plan. Do not include sensitive personal information or detailed medical history. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. Review and adjust the plan before training, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. By continuing to use WeekFit after an update, you accept the revised terms.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
